Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you might want to know before you begin.
Why does the exact spelling of my birth name matter?+
Your Soul Contract is derived from the precise letters of your full birth name as it appeared at birth. Each letter maps to a Hebrew frequency with a numeric value, so even one changed letter alters the calculation. Enter it carefully.
Where do the calculations come from?+
Our versioned calculation engine uses administrator-verified letter values, name-normalization rules, and chart-position formulas. We never use AI to guess numerical results. Until the verified rules are in place, the system shows a 'Calculation Setup Required' status rather than producing a chart.
What do I get for free?+
A free preview: your Soul Destiny frequency code, the Hebrew letter combination, three keywords, a short approved preview, and a visual chart with the remaining positions locked.
What does the complete reading include?+
All seven chart positions — Physical Karma, Talents, and Goals; Spiritual Karma, Talents, and Goals; and Soul Destiny — plus karmic aspects, light aspects, recommendations, and a downloadable branded PDF.
Is this medical or professional advice?+
No. Soul Contract readings are for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, and education only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and should not be treated as predictions or diagnoses.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. From your dashboard you can delete birth profiles, delete generated reports, and request full account deletion at any time.
